Even capable people have sensitivities and sensitive Soul moments. It takes up a lot of energy to hide them. My clients often say; “I feel so relieved, I am so glad I just asked for your help”.

The first most important step, to feeling better, is to stop and take a look at where you are now and be honest with yourself about how you are feeling. Everybody wants their children to feel good, they know with absolute certainty that it is their child’s birth right to be happy. It is surprising how many adults forget that they are entitled to be happy and feel good too. Living life, avoiding facing up to our frustrations, with a dull ache in your heart or a constant undercurrent of anxiety can just creep up on us and become our norm. It doesn’t have to be that way! You can change!
