Even capable people have sensitive Soul moments.  It takes up a lot of energy to hide them.

With expert help you can get excited about navigating any challenge.  The first most important step, to feeling better, is to stop and take a look at where you are now and be honest with yourself about how you are feeling.  Whatever challenge you are facing at best hobbling along, pretending everything is ok, can seriously affect your mojo and take the edge off enjoying your day.   At worst, not dealing with problems can threaten to take you excruciatingly close to the edge of burning out or tip you over into not coping.

Everybody wants their children to feel good, they know with absolute certainty that it is their child’s birth right to be happy.   It is surprising how many adults forget that they are entitled to be happy and feel good too.  Living life, avoiding facing up to our frustrations, with a dull ache in your heart or a constant undercurrent of anxiety can just creep up on us and become our norm.  It doesn’t have to be that way!  You can change!

The art is to feel free inside no matter what challenge you are facing.
